COURT-RUN SERVICE
First Official Attorney Service, Inc., will customize a Court-Run Program to meet the specific needs of your firm. The Court-Run is
designed to save our clients money by discounting assignments that are made available for pick-up at scheduled times each day.
The following parameters form the core of our Court-Run Program:
SAME-DAY ASSIGNMENTS
Filings and other court-related assignments destined for the Downtown Los Angeles/Civic Center area may be placed in the Court-
Run for completion/initiation that SAME-DAY.*
NEXT-DAY ASSIGNMENTS
Filings, research and other court-related assignments destined for Los Angeles Branch. Orange County. Riverside or San
Bernardino Central Courts may be placed in the Court-Run for completion/initiation the NEXT-DAY at a 50% of our on call rates.
COURT-RESEARCH
Billed at $0.60 per minute and includes: document retrieval or repair, fee checks, file review, photocopying, index search, library
research, etc.
*Court-Run documents received from firms located in Orange, Riverside or San Bernardino County will be completed/initiated in their
corresponding county on that SAME-DAY. Documents destined for Los Angeles or other county courts will be completed/initiated the
NEXT-DAY.
ON-CALL SERVICE
First Official Attorney Service, Inc., combines the fast response of a messenger service with the expertise of one of the leading
attorney services in Southern California. We respond quickly when you call, field check your documents, repair it if necessary and
then complete your assignment according to your instructions. Your assignments will be completed/ initiated by the court deadline
that same day. Should you require immediate exclusive dispatch to the court, you may request a “RUSH” for an additional 50%.
